Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 2pm, check-out is 10am.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require a valid credit card for security upon check-in.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

We are happy to accommodate a late check-out if it is available. Depending on how late, a charge may apply.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A 20% deposit is required on booking to secure the accommodation.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm

Sat-Sun 8am to 1pm

Q: Can I book local attraction tickets at reception?

Yes, we have a tour desk and dedicated, knowledgeable staff ready to assist.

General information about our accommodation services and on-site facilities.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes there is free WiFi available in all apartments and access to a free WiFi computer terminal in the reception, connected to a printer.

Q: What facilities do you have?

We have 3 pools (one a lap pool), gym/fitness centre, tennis court and 3 BBQs.

Q: Do you have lifts?

Lifts/elevator access is available to some apartments. Please call or email at time of booking if lift access is required.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, we have free car parking available for our guests.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Rooms are serviced for stays of 7 nights or more. A service includes fresh linen and towels and beds are made. A daily service is available at extra cost.

Q: Is the pool heated?

No.

Q: How close is Trinity Beach & Cairns?

Trinity Beach is 20 kms from Cairns.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, several restaurants on the edge of the resort and plenty more restaurants and shops within a few minutes’ walk.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, the bus stop is only about 200 metres away.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

The Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda Scenic Railway and SkyRail, Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation , Atherton Tablelands, Cairns Tropical Zoo, Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures and the Cairns Go Kart track to name just a few. Coming soon is the Adventure Waters theme park, just 10 mins away at Smithfield. Crocodile Adventures and the Cairns Go Kart track.

Q: How far away is Cairns Airport?

Cairns Airport is only 20km away.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a small convenience store 2 minutes walk, small supermarket 8 minutes walk and large shopping centre 10 minute drive or short bus ride away.
